Has anyone had their spleen involved?

Hello all,

I am two and a half weeks out from my left nephrectomy. My spleen had an infarct with a clot in it's artery, and the artery was removed, because it was feeding blood to the tumor. Has anyone else had any spleen involvement? My tumor was obviously growing out of the upper lobe, T3,N0, M0.
