Fibrinogen Level after Chemotherapy

Hello everybody. One of the most common side effects of L-asparaginase is a low fibrinogen level. To boost its level, my niece undergoes cryoprecipitate transfusion. Is there another way that this low level is treated naturally. In the Philippines, low platelet count is treated by drinking a tea made from the tawa-tawa plant which occurs abundantly. I am wondering if another plant may help raise fibrinogen levels. - Charlie
