Hi Everyone: Just wanted to let you know that I'll be taking a break for awhile to spend some quality time with hubby and family. I'll be checking in periodically but won't be posting a lot. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers daily.

    a break.you have helped so many people here so yes you need one.enjoy life for a while,maybe take a warm trip somewhere.love ya girl and see your smiling face soon....Godbless....johnnybegood

    Ps did ever thank you for all the support you gave me after re connection, if thanks again.
    Touch wood, my motions are great now, after fixing chronic zinc dificiency and parasite my poos are fabulous.
    My once and surgeon did not do this, it was my integrative gps. Just a thought in case you were still having issues.
