possible cancer?

You didn't give your age, or menopause status
and that is vital information to make an educated comment. If you are premenopausal, these findings are not suggestive of anything in particular. Especially in the late cycle, prominent endometrium is normal. Echogenic foci can be clots or even a polyp. If you are postmenopausal,
the endometrium should not be prominent. But even this finding does not say for certain you have cancer. Hyperplasia is a more common diagnosis.
The only definitive answer to your question will come from obtaining a tissue sample.

Just work through this one step at a time. At 42, with these findings the odds favor a good outcome for you, even with your other medical history. Typical, in a way, of the failure to return calls. Dang. Be proactive, if no return call, just go back in for discussion. You may need a hysteroscopy or a D and C, or both, so don't let them waste more of your time on these unreturned calls.
Best to you.0
