Kevin and I are driving up to Sedona today (with our dog, Jake) to spend the day gazing at the red rocks, a bit of meditating, a few prayers, a little hiking and a nice lunch.

Just wanted all of you to know, I will be lifting all of you up in prayer in this spiritual place, asking for peace, comfort and wellness.

    Sedan is a spiritual place..lots of healing happens there.

    It sounds like a beautiful get away. Enjoy the natural scenery, hike, and picnic! It also sounds like the perfect place to meditate and pray.

    Went to school at A.S.U. Went as often as I could get away to Sedona/slide rock/oak creek canyon....

    Ahh~ I hope you enjoy your day, or stay. It is a beautiful place, and can take your mind off of all the stress of treatment, decisions and help you focus on just "being"...
    Have a lovely lunch, and maybe wander through some shops and see some creative art & handmade items.
