Wiki also has a section on the drug. It causes increased lactation. That sounds totally hormonal and most of us find hormones increase our cancer risks. <- Though that might be an assumption on my part. Check with your doctor on it. -

I take domperidone for nausea. My onc is fine with it. It's not approved by the fda but it is widely available and used outside the US. It was given to me when I lived in thailand. I bring some back whenever i am in thailand. It is in my opinion the best drug for nausea as I've had zero side effects. I have nausea from lingering digestive issues from having two colon resections due to colon cancer.
You can buy it online from pharmacies outside the country without prescription. I don't know if it is legal but I know it is done. When I bring it from thailand, I always have a note from my GI doctor in thailand should I get stopped and questioned in customs.
