Question For guys with AUS 800

I have the AUS 800 installed. I am having total knee replacement surgery in a few weeks. Have you deactivated your unit? It is easy to do or should I have my Uro do it for me before surgery.

Thanks

Ted

I have not deactivated mine in 5 years. The instructions look pretty simple.

    I have never deactivated
I have never deactivated mine, but the instructions are pretty simple. I wear a bracelet with the info. But I would sure make sure that an MD associated with your surgery knows what an AUS is and how to work it. Otherwise, make sure your urologist is involved with instructions to everyone in the OR.
