Mantra to share?

I am just beginning my journey of bc and do not know my treatment plan yet, but was talking to a friend and bc survivor tonight. She said it was helpful for her to lesson her anxiety by having a mantra. She said helped during treatment and sleeping. I know that it must be personal to help strengthen and relax me, but anyone want share if they have used one or suggestions???

Here's mine..."Life is NOT
Here's mine..."Life is NOT about why? what if? or why me? Life is about what IS." It helps me get through the icky negative stuff, and focus on the positive stuff I enjoy about life, family, and work.
Our dear Chenheart sometimes has trouble getting on this board, so I will share on her behalf. Hers is "We do what we have to, so we can do what we want to."
I hope this helps inspire you to find the right mantra for you.
Hugs,
Linda0
