My thought would be to talk
My thought would be to talk to your Drs and ask about seeing a Certified LymphEdemologist. (Yes they do work with more than BC LE issues.) Don't know why you are on diurtics but if they aren't working then there are other options out there. If it's cardic issues then compression garments can help. If is lymph node issues - compression garments can help. There are also MLD machines that can help. Talk to your Dr.

Please talk to your doctor. Your doc maybe request several tests for you to rule out blood clots, kidney problems .
Lymphedema therapist will help with swelling and preventive measures.
Please let us know what your doctor will recommend for you -

I have to agree that you talk to your doctor. There has to be something that can help you and a lymphedema specialist might be just that.
Good luck!
