So yeasterday I was concerned about my level of inactivity, today I expect no energy. Started yesterday about 7:30 am with a visit from my JC while his mommy went to ob/gyn...3 cm dilated and 75% thinned...that little girl will be here soon, 2 weeks anyway til due date. He had a great time playing with my mom (Grannie) who he has now dubbed EEE, I am supposed to be Grams but I am BeBe and love that. Then Mommy picked him up, I caught a 30 minute nap, and they came back to get BeBe and EE and go to Kansas City for rads, But there was time for his 1st visit to Chuck E Cheese, mediocre pizza but SUCH a happy little guy. Were there at least 1 1/2 hours, then off to rads, zip, zap, done. Quick trip to Babies R US to pick up some last minute stuff, build a bear, for PINKIE the bear for baby sis, AND supper at Ruby Tuesday, Love that salad bar and quick food for a toddler.

Today need to check on some work stuff, think I really need a pedi, daughter wants one for before baby delivery, and then a nap, mass, and the making of the now 20 year traditional boiled shrimp NYE dinner extravaganza.(We live in Kansas, lots of steak, pork, chicken. not so much shrimp usually).Oh and the burning of the 2011 calendars. Bye rat-**** 2011, I want a clean slate and that is what New Year's is...even if I am sleeping at 10pm

Happy and HEALTHY 2012!!!

Jennifer

Jennifer, this is NOT exactly what I meant! :-)
In your last thread, I encouraged you to push yourself JUST A LITTLE...but, ahem, 1 1/2 hours at Chuck E. Cheese already FAR exceeds the definition of "a little," not to mention running 15 other errands!!

I'm so glad to hear you're doing some fun things, and enjoying your grandbaby (soon to be grandbabIES!), but please don't push yourself too hard to cook tonight.

I'm pooped, just reading your agenda
And I didn't realize you are about to become a grandmother any day now. You have a lot to look forward to in 2012 - hey, maybe you'll have a New Year's baby!

    Happy New Year. Goodbye 2011.

We said that our little pink baby was plenty of pink for 2012
Apparently the server was down and the rat-b*****d bc didn't get that memo. Yes rat-**** aeems to be my word for the week, but not in front of the little one.

I am sooooooo excited to get my hands on this little girl. My lifting of her brother has been restricted right now since he weighs 30 lbs, and he is not a sit on your lap and read kind of kid. And there is no way I want a seizure or having brain swelling pushing my brains down out of my head...but I will be clear to lift her newborn weight....now if she would only get here. Hurry due date 1/15!!

Again, I wish you all a HEALTHY 2012, and honestly each day since my kick in the pants is a little better. From now on I think I will wear a tushy pad to soften the next blow.
