I am feeling sad tonight.

I am feeling sad and a little helpless tonight. The friend I posted about recently lost her husband in the early morning hours today. He had the most aggressive form of brain cancer and passed within 6 months of being dx'd. This d*** cancer knows no bounds. He did have determination even to the end. He told her that he would not leave her before Christmas.
I know that all I can do now is be there for support and help her move forward.

    So sorry for the loss of your friend.
    Yeah, this beast knows no bounds, but I am grateful that he made it through Christmas as he promised.

    Wow.....I am so sorry to hear that. My prayers are with your friend and her family. More often than not this kind of thing is happening to loved ones. It scars me everyday just the thought of it. All the more reason for fighting for a cure of all cancers.

    So sorry
    Everytime I hear of someone succumbing to this disease, I am saddened. My prayers of support and stregnth for everyone affected.
