Thinking of all of you

Hi, Just wanted to say I was reading this forum this morning and very saddened to see that some of you have lost your loved ones recently to this horrible beast of a cancer. I, too, lost my dear husband, age 56, a year ago September 15, 2010. It has been a little over a year ago but especially holidays, such as Christmas, is especially hard. My daughter and I are living together so I do have someone special in my life and I thank God everyday for her.
I see that there are alot of stage four's on here right now and if I can be of any help to any of you, please contact me. Ed was originally diagnosed as stage four, with mets to his stomach, liver and pelvis, did chemo/radiation and eventually this cancer met to his brain and we lost him. It was the worst year of my life and I sympathize with all of you going through this horrible ordeal.
We need to be grateful for all of our blessings, no matter how small or big they may be.
I am trying to find my "new life" since losing my husband and I just wanted to say hello to all my old friends as well as new ones. Happy holidays and hope the New Year brings much happiness and blessings to all.
Love
Linda
