I am happy dancing with NED!
I don't know why, but, we were both expecting bad news. I guess because I have already had bc once and so many get recurrences, that we just thought it was my turn again.
But, we were so wrong! I had the mammo and the ultrasound and both techs were so nice and so aware of how scared I was. They were very comforting.
My hubby and I waited in the room while they viewed my results. The tech that gave me the mammo came in with the biggest smile and just blurted out as fast as she could that everything is fine! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO!
My hubby hugged me and I hugged the tech! What a relief!
Apparently it is that awful scar tissue! I know many of you have written about it on here. They said it is probably from my lumpectomy or from the rads. But, it is ok! AOK!
I can't thank all of you pink sisters enough for coming with me. You have no idea at all how much your support means to me. I pray we all dance with NED a lifetime. I am so blessed to have found this site and to have you as my pink sisters!
