C-Diff

in Peritoneal Cancer #1
Has anybody had C diff? I was just diagnosed with it..... I was given flagyl....any alarming side affects???? Did you get sick from flagyl? rash? HELP

    Hi: I don't have C.difficile but rather picked up MRSA at the hospital. I was treated with flagyl and had no side effects. Unfortunately I can't rid of the MRSA so when it rears its ugly head (like scabs in the nose that get infected), I have to have flagyl again. I didn't get a rash from it either. I have had it as an infusion in an IV and as pills.
