Donald 51

I am wondering about Donald and if he is doing well.
I do my next ct scan February 3. However I was at the dr Friday and had a physical and she found a lump on my right breast. I will tell you it just never ends.
I am going to do an ultra sound next week. And I just did a mammogram 2 month ago and they said I was fine. So how can they have missed that.
Oh well anyway hope you all have a good Christmas and I wish you all well.
Hilde

    Hopefully it's nothing
    Hi Hilde,

Yeah, it seems to never end with all this stuff. Hopefully,
the lump is nothing. Good luck on the ultra sound and please
    keep us updated.

You have a nice Christmas as well and sending warm
    and positive thoughts your way.

    Hugs and positive thoughts,

    Jim

    Similar experience...
    Hi Hilde,
I had a similar experience in September after my mammogram. Last April I had a CT scan and it showed everything was fine in my chest area..heart,breasts, lungs etc. Then in September I had my yearly physical... mammo, pelvic, etc. I received a letter from the mammo radiologist saying they found a mass in my right breast and needed me to come back for an ultra sound. I said the same thing as you.."how can this be, my CT scan in April showed everything to be fine"! Of course my mind automatically kicked into over drive worrying that my cancer had spread to my breast, and needless to say I was a total wreck while waiting to go in for the ultra sound. To make a long story short, the ultra sound showed that the so called "mass" was just a shadow from the bottom of my power port. What a relief! So...maybe your lump will just turn out to be a fatty cyst or something simple that has nothing to do with cancer. I'll keep good positive thoughts for you and pray all will be ok. Be sure to come back and let us know the results of your ultra sound. I know you will worry until you find out, but try to stay as peaceful as possible until you do. Much love to you Hilde...Sue(FNHL-2-3A-6/10)
P.S..Maybe Donald and some of the others that haven't posted in awhile will check in over the holidays...(keep our fingers crossed all is well with them)!

    Hi HIlde
I hope so much the lump is fine. I will be saying a prayer for you. I have been so busy at work and have had bronchitis for almost 3 weeks and so I come home and sleep.

    hello Hilde,
It has been a while since I have been here to post anything but, I have scanned the topics from time to time. I am doing just fine. No problems and still N.E.D.. I praise God for my continued defeat over this health issue. I am sorry to hear of your recent dr. visit results and pray that the issue will be nothing for you to worry about. As I believe in all situations, outcome is dependant upon your faith and state of mind. If you can believe it, it will be so. I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and will experience a happy new year.

    Hi Donald
So very glad to hear that you are still in remission. That is great news. I think of you often and how you are doing since you had the Zevalin and I did too.
I just have so many other problems. I was in the hospital with Diverticulitis for three days right before Christmas. My Ulta sound came up ok. I was on IV with antibiotics for 3 days nonstop. I was so scary that I would have to have surgery. But the surgeon said with all my other problems like the blood thinners and everything else.He would rather heal it with meds.
So that is how that all went.
I would like to wish you and yours a very Happy New Year and continued success in Remission.
    Glad to hear from you.
    Hilde
