Japan
I have no idea about IP-6, never heard of it. But, with it being from Japan, check and see if it comes direct from there, if you can actually send it here.
I only say this because I received a package from my brother-in-law who lives in Japan and he always sends little different foods that he thinks we might like to try out. This time he apparently sent a package of dried chicken soup to try out, along with dried green tea extract and some candies and cookies. Concerning the chicken, The Homeland security was having none of that and removed whatever the package was and gave us instead a letter about prosecution etc., for having something sent with "chicken extract" in it. Apparently that's an illegal substance here, I sure didn't know about that, I remember something about cows a while back.
Oh well, homeland security "saved" me from the chicken terror I guess.

Winter Marie, they have IP6 and Inositol (if it's the same IP6 referred to) at the health food stores, and even in the supplement section of the grocery store around here. I'm guessing it's the same. I wonder if it does the same as Red Yeast Rice, although red yeast rice is supposed to lower bad cholesterol.0 -

IP6 and inositol are common supplements and available in the US. Inositol is often part of vitamin B complex formulas, along with PABA and choline. We use inositol in my wife's whey protein "milk shake", ca 250 mg per day.0 -
