    Drink lots of COLD stuff
    The cold halps to prevent mouth sores as well has helping you hydrate. Just a word of caution - check with your onc or nurses about the Ensure because it contains soy which promotes estrogen. If you're E+ that can be a problem. My nurses suggested Carnation Instant Breakfast, by it's new name instead.

    Hang in there! IT's a rough ride but it's worth it and you can make it to the end.
