This will be my first Christmas since my diagnosis.

I am thinking that I will buy myself a really nice Christmas, wrap it, put it under the tree, and act surprised when I open it. The sad part is that I may really be surprised because by then I may have forgotten what I bought myself! :) I know you ladies can relate to this.

    I know the feeling well, sometimes my husband looks at me like I am from Mars . Just because I remember things a bit different than he does. That's what treatment does to us and we just deal with it. Hugs Sharon

    first christmas
    This is my first christmas also. I am no longer working so buying myself a gifts is a big nooooo I don't even have money to buy my mom and dad a gift and if anyone deserves a gift it is them. They have covered my bills for me and have been taking care of me, good thing I already was living at home when this happened. My mom said the gift for them was me being here and I know what she means that is a gift God gave her and I this year. Have a Merry Christmas all.

    Chemo Brain has it's advantages
    I'm making lists of what I've bought for who, for I know I'll lose track... :) Happy 1st Xmas! This will be my 6th and I plan to totally enjoy every minute.

    This is my first Christmas,
    This is my first Christmas, too. Holidays were always special but with the OVC they become all the more so special and meaningfull. :) May your holidays be very merry and loving.
