in Anal Cancer #1
Monday I see the oncologist and hopefully will find out results of PET scan and lab work. Friday I see the colon/rectal doctor. So I will probably get to bare my bottom twice in one week - wow! Guess I should be used to it by now...

    Best of luck on your test results. I know the anxiety you are going through in anticipation of the test results. I always am nervous before the tests and the nervous waiting on the results. Then relieved when the results come back O.K. I just had a colonoscopy and they found two polyps which he removed. The doctor said they did not look cancerous but would send them to pathologist. The results came back benign but it was a few days after colonoscopy. I was a little nervous until the results came back.

    Thanks for the good wishes! Yes, there is definately anxiety waiting for test results. I'm thankful I'm still here and each day is a blessing!

    I'll be praying you hear nothing but good news. Waiting for final results is hard.....you try to prepare no matter.
    Yes azannie it'd seem we'd get use to showing off our 'bare bottom' but do we really?! Guess all we can do is "grin & bare it"!! (*o*) hahaha!!
