Weren't you scheduled to have your port removed last week. Just wondering how it went.

    hi deb...yes i got it remove
    hi deb...yes i got it remove on the 22th..sooo happy..it went good thanks...i start rad. on monday...have you started rads yet? if so, how it going?

    Yeah for you!
    I'm so happy it went good and that chapter is over. I'll be on herceptin until July, so I'll have mine for quite a while longer.

    I had my 8th rad treatment Wednesday. 8 down and 25 to go. So far so good, much easier than chemo - and much quicker. I'm in and out of there in about 10 minutes.

    We'll have to plan our celebration get together when our rads are over!
    Can't wait!!

    Eva, another milestone
    Good for you! Another step in the right direction. I hope rads go really well for you, for me that has been the easiest of all the treatments, and I really felt a difference (but mine was to my bum ares:))

    Good luck with rads sweetie... It'll be over before you know it and having that port removed is so good for the psyche... Mean's no more transfusions.. woohoo....
