Happy Thanksgiving
Just a quick update,my dear husband just had a follow-up colonoscopy yesterday,it went well, the result was normal.I have so many things to be thankful for and grateful for in the last 2 years and 7 months since I moved to the U.S.I am going to set up my first Christmas tree in life this weekend and listen to Christmas music CD from my lovely friend Craig.:)Happy Thanksgiving and happy holidays to each of you.
Love:)

PS:A brief note for the new members who don't know us:my husband was diagnosed with stage2 rectal cancer in May,2009.He went through chemo and radiation before surgery, then surgery in Sep,2009,the pathology report downstaged the cancer from stage 2 to stage 1 since the tumor was killed over 90% by the preoperative treatment.Oncologist suggested 12 rounds adjuvant chemo for another 6 months after surgery,my husband took it.He finally finished all the treatments in April,2010.All his follow-ups came out so far so good.We both are grateful for each single day in life. For the new ones who just diagnosed, take one day at a time, you can beat this up.Happy holidays.

Same to You
A very happy thanksgiving to you too. Glad your husband is doing well as I've been wondering about him and glad you updated us. Enjoy putting up your Christmas Tree - this is my favorite time of year. Mine has been up for a couple weeks already
