swelling
Yes, my feet and lower legs swell. I also have a diuretic to take as am on blood pressure meds also that make me swell. Having fun!..My oncologist told me to be sure to walk about every hour due to the blood clot issue with the tamoxifin. That is a challenge for me as my job is sitting all day at a computer.0 -
Yes I do
Sometimes at the end of the day I look down and find my grandmother's ankles and feet (1 or both) at the bottom of my legs! Good grief, how does that happen? LOL! It isn't always the same leg and is usually just 1 leg, and by morning it is gone again.
Fun!

I have noticed that my left ankle swells. Never thought about tamoixfen! It is reaking havoc on me lately! Pains, bad hot flashes, and now maybe this? I have to keep reminding myelf of the benefits, and I know that it will pass, but not for another 3 1/2 years! It is going to be a long, long, 3 1/2 years.0 -

After my hysterecomy I tried the other one though, can't remember the name starts with an A. After taking that for 1 month I went running back to the Tamixfen!0 -
Swelling
I was on tamoxifen for 6 years and experienced ankle and foot swelling after about 3 years. I mentioned it to my oncologist, and he immediately sent me for an MRI to check for blood clots. Negative on the clots. This last spring I completed 6 years of tamoxifen. since then, the swelling has decreased steadily, and now there is none. I never connected the swelling to the tamoxifen until after I stopped taking it, and my doctor never mentioned it as a side effect.
