Trust me, short of some miraculous healing taking place on my tongue, I won't be changing my mind on doing any tongue scraping. I have to numb my tongue just because the tooth paste burns, never mind trying to scrape it.

Sensitivity
I am finding that using the flouride tooth paste is making my teeth with crowns very sensitive at the gumline. I will need to have this checked out at my regular dental appointment this month.
