OT: Funny subject lines ???
Am I doing something goofy? Well... don't answer that - I always do goofy things... what am I doing wrong that puts subject lines in my reply posts?

After a few attempts and some research, I figured
out how to do it - lol .
ALT+255 puts an ascii blank character. Hold down the ALT key
and hit the numbers 255 from the numeric keypad and release.
A simple "space" won't do it.

Ahhhh... I see. No ALT key for me - on a mac. I tried Option 8 (a bullet)0 -
I learned my lesson on this one!Ginny_B said:Ω
Yep - bullet works.
I learned my lesson about this...I didn't put anything in the subject line and in the first sentence of the body I put something to the effect of "I hope you are able to get some rest". Well, guess what it picked up and put in the subject line? "I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO GET SOME"!!! Yes, I was horrified, especially because I am new here, but thankfully I caught it in time.0 -
