I possibly have Ewing's Sarcoma again

I had Ewing's Sarcoma 10 years ago I did not finish the chemo or stay in were I was suppose to. So now 10 years later I think either its become active again or it just got worse. I have a another lump growing near my testicle and lumps in my right leg just like the one near my testicle. I am pretty sure it is back again. I spit blue stuff up to and lost some teeth that are growing back again. I am going in to the doc at the end of the month in December. What do you think cancer again.
