Anybody ever heard of squamous cell in the ear? I had Mohs last year on my nose. Now I have the same scaly patch in my ear. It started out like a pimple about 2 months ago, now it's getting bigger. Am going to make an appointment but it just seems odd to have it in the ear.

what my surgeon said was she has seen squamous cell in places where the sun doesn't even shine, so I guess it's possible, but I have heard of more BCC and Cholesteatoma than SCC of the ear.

    scc ear

It is definitely possible to get scc in the ear. Please see your doctor immediately. The sooner it is evaluated the better.

My husband has aggressive scc and every time he was told it was under control and did not push to get things scheduled sooner, he has regretted it.
