Getting it over withMellieMc said:Hey Sylvan
I was dx 9/13. You've gotten a lot done in a short amount of time. I'm waiting on the resuts of that onco test. Have you asked your gastro about this? He may be able to help with something. I hope things get smoother for you.
I pushed real hard to get things done quickly. I figured if I was going to go through all this, the quicker, the better. I'll be done with radiation a week from tomorrow. I'll be so glad to have it over and done with. Then on to the pills. I'll find out what kind on Thursday. They want to make sure I'm through menopause before deciding. Evidently the fact that I haven't had a period in 3 or 4 years isn't good enough. Blood tests are required. Luckily, I have plenty of blood.
I wish you luck with the onco test! -
