    Vets
I'm a Vet and I'm proud of that. However, I was never shot at and never saw battle. To me, that makes me feel insignificant when compared to all of those brave men and women who go in harm's way to help preserve our freedom. They all have my utmost respect and thanks for the very tough job they do. Thank you, Veterans.

    Hi Roger

It’s not the bullet or being in harms way it is the fact that you were willing to server your country and to protect what we all value the most our Freedom and you did that knowing your might have to risk your life someday for it.

My Father and I both served as Merchant Marine, he did time in world war II and Vietnam, was sunk many of times, I like you never seen a bullet. Ronald Reagan declassified Merchant Marines as none military status back in 1978 I think, so no longer do we have Vet status. But to me my Father like all Vets gave of themselves what it took so we could be free today.

We are all blessed today because of those who were willing to do what needed to be done to keep us all free.
