Hi PAMTGIA!PAMTGIA said:3 years for me too...
Hi all. I was diagnosed with stage 2 anal cancer in May of 2008. a very scary time for me and my family. My treatments were completed in August of 2008 and so far I have checked out clean at every exam. I also speak of this quietly as to not jinx anything!
Welcome and congratulations on being a 3+ year survivor, as am I too! You were just a month ahead of me, as my treatment finished in September '08. I'm glad to hear you are doing well and I send my sincere wishes that you will always get those clean exams! -

Hello and welcome, great news for your 3 years being clear of cancer (quietly) of course, lol. I wish you continued great news! Lori -
You are an inspiration and give hope . . .
Thanks for the post Rose. I am cheering here in Yonkers, NY for you. I had a PET scan today and notice I am a little "off." It helps me to see here that this is normal and certainly helps me to see how many of these things you have been through. The Ultrasound exam is next week and then, hopefully I'll get a pass till we pass Go again.
Love
