I had ESS almost 4 years ago and clean since. Looking for similar stories and experience with a reoccurrence.

    Hi

    I was diagnosed with ESS November 2002. After various hiccups along the way I am clear, well, the cells that were left on my bowel and too small to be removed are still dormant. I will be having my annual check in July and hopefully will still be clear. My tumour was found 2 years after having a hysterectomy, the cancer make up had leaked into my pelvic region and grew there. My treatment was Megace hormone tablets and even the doctors cannot believe how well it has responded to them. I know this is a while since you posted, but have only just found it and if any interest to you let me know.
