    So glad you are on the mend. Keep your chin up and do your breathing exercises. My DH, in addition to the recent big C has fought COPD for 12 years now. (And, no, he doesn't smoke). 4 boughts with pnewmonia. His nebulizer is his saving grace. Keep that oxygen flowing.

    Prayers for speedy recovery.

    just great news, breathe deeply, might be time to do qigong.
    just learnt it on this amazing retreat, its so relaxing and be helpful. its a very spiritual exercise and so gentle.

    Just rested today
    Hi All,

    Well, it's 10:40 pm and I'm halfway through the IV antibiotic I had to give myself tonight. The nurse came to the house yesterday and showed me how to do it. I was a little nervous doing it this morning, but now I've got it down. This particular antibiotic isn't available in pill form. I'm taking one more in pill form also. Don't know if it was ever said that they stopped the antifungal medicine. Once they started this particular antibiotic and my fever went away and I hadn't really been responding to the antifungal med, they decided it must not be fungus, but this more unusual bacteria instead (forgot what it's called). Today was a quiet day- just rested and watched TV most of the day. I'm on oxygen & the main machine for it is upstairs in my bedroom. The cord is long enough that I can go all over downstairs with it too. I'm sleeping upstairs, but staying down during the day. Hope you all are doing well. I heard Buzzard has been sick, I think due to his chemo side effects. Buzz, if you're reading this, I'm praying for you now, as so many people I know have prayed for me.
