When I was dx with Appendix cancer in August of 2010, I was told it was extremly rare, about 1.2 in 1 million. Anyone else out there...

I was just dx with it in
I was just dx with it in June. I was also told it was rare especially since I am only 29 years old. I went in for another surgery not related and they saw my appendix looked abnormal. In the biopsy they found a tumor. Since then I had a right hemicolectomy and they did not find any other signs it had spread. The whole thing really caught me off guard.0
