Crohns

I would like to know if any of you had Crohns prior to your CRC. Our daughter was diagnosed at age 12 and now with her dad having CRC and her paternal grandmother passing from it, I worry that CRCt is in the cards for her future. When I asked her gastrointerologist about this concern, she said that she was probably less at risk than my other daughters due to the number of scopes she will have because of the Crohns. Since worrying is now my favorite pastime, I thought I would add this to the list. Lisa

Oh bless your heart..."worrying is my favorite pastime now." Your daughter sounds like she'll be watched closely so if a polyp did develop, it would be quickly caught.
