I had ear issues prior to chemo. I was sad to find that the chemo affected my hearing. I have lost some hearing in certain ranges. But..I am alive.
I may have asked already but keep forgetting how long does done stay chemo suppressed after finishing chemo?

hearing loss
I too had some loss and ringing in the ears too but it went away after chemo 2-months and now I am ok. I hope your problems are not permanent and you will hear a pin drop again...val0 -
