Hi Debbie
It comes in only one flavor that I know of, I can’t taste very well so I have no idea what it really taste like or if it has a taste at all. To me it is like water just has a little better moisturizing affect in the mouth at night so I can sleep better.
Hope it works for Jim

An answer........hopefully
Debbie, I've just completed a pseudo experiment in the using of both Biotene Spray and Stoppers 4. There are many variables involved when doing any "taste" test, such as the dryness of my mouth, the strength of my taste buds, and the duration of the liquid in my mouth, etc.. With a very dry mouth about an hour ago, I sprayed 5 pumps of Biotene in my mouth and concluded that it is horrible....in my opinion. It seemed to be just too sweet and it still produced a burning sensation (it must have alcohol in it, I guess). Biotene kept my mouth semi-moist for close to an hour with those 5 sprays. Then waited for my mouth to become the Sonoran desert again, and sprayed 5 pumps of Stoppers 4. I found that it is sweet, but not as sweet as Biotene. Stoppers had a very small trace of a burning sensation and after currently 50 minutes, my mouth "seems" to be much more moist than using Biotene. Of course the taste of Biotene reminds me of some rough times during treatment, whereas I've only used Stoppers 4 for the last month, and only at night. A couple of sprays in the middle of the night, and I'm back to sleep. Stick with ordering only one bottle and see how it goes. And no....I do not work for Stoppers 4. :-)

Not sure about the stopper 4
Not sure about the stopper 4 with a flavor. Does he not like that minty flavor of the biotène rinse and spray? The biotène oral balance dry mouth moisturizing liquid, doesn't have a minty flavor, and no real flavor to speak of, to me. Maybe a tad 'sweet'. That comes in a tiny 1.5 fl oz bottle. biotène also has dry mouth moisturizing gel, that comes in a 1.5 oz tube of gel. It's not minty either. They are more viscous and they are good for at night, or if I have to try and talk a while. Just throwing that out there.
One of these days, when I deplete the 9 tons of biotène products I have, I want to try the stoppers.0 -

In my 8 years of dealing with dry mouth the Stoppers 4 is the only one I found that worked for me, can say it works for everyone that good. I was very up-set at Walgreens a few years ago when they stop handling it, but I bought out ever bottle they had in Lafayette and got it at ½ price. Now I have to order it every time I need it.
Thanks
