Has anyone ever used a combination of "erbitux" and "tykerb" for stage iv lung cancer ?

This combination is used for patients when their cancer has resistance to tarceva.

Tykerb was created for breast cancer patients, but it attacks the EGFR and HER2 mutations which are found in lung cancer.
