fatigue from Tamoxifen?

I know this is an old post but I finished radiation seven weeks ago and haven’t felt any fatigue till I started taking tamoxifen two weeks ago. I would say I noticed the fatigue in the last few days. Could it possibly be from the radiation? Seems a little suspicious it happens about a week into the tamoxifen?
