    I guess they are going to
    I guess they are going to have to rewrite the bill to the insurance companies specifications! After all we do know who has the final say in our medical care! It would be nice if the doctors would let the patient know on their own, but in talking to my surgeon, I am finding that the insurance companies are fighting with the doctors on paying for procedures rendered also.

    How ludicrous is this one!
