    You got hosed on that one.....

    Did you try keeping it in the family and transferring it, not sure that was an option though.

    Nope
    The problem is that being on long term disability insurance and SSI if approved I can't be out of the country for more tha 30 days at a time so what's the use of having the house if I have to fly back every 29 days. She is down there as we speak listing it for sale. Good news is the market is strong there.
