5 years ago almost to the day, my father passed away from bone cancer that had metastasized from his duodenal which was very rare and very aggresive. From diagnosis to his passing was only four weeks. I was just in ICU at our local hospital with what they said was a strep infection that was resilient to anti-biotics. My lymph nodes were extremely swollen. About 4 days after getting home I woke up with severe pain in my left shoulder and lower back. I thought it was a pinched nerve but it has been going on for more than 4 weeks now and am starting to experience pain in my chins, other shoulder top of back. Went to my doctors 4 days ago and she suggested it could be post infection arthritis. I have had blood work done and xrays but of course have been scaring myself half to death doing research on the symptoms. Do these symptoms sound familiar to anyone? Any thoughts or comments would be most welcome. Thank you.
