red spots

in Ovarian Cancer #1
Hi everyone I have an appointment later today with my GYN/ONC but I thought I would throw this out at you all. I have red bumps on my face, chest, and back may in other places that I just can't see lol. I was wondering if this is from the chemo or what. It looks like chicken pox but I know it's not because I have had them already more than once. So just looking for some infomation. I will let you know what my doctor says

    oh my!
    It could be chicken pox. I got shingles about halfway through my first chemo series. Let us know how you make out.....

    I had shiingles about a year
    I had shiingles about a year ago this is different but yes I will let you know as soon as I get back from the doctor

    Shingles
    Anne, I got the shingles during chemo. Had to stop until they started clearing up before I could start up again.

    FYI on shingles
    When I turned 60 my doctor had me take the shingles vaccine. It sounds like that was a really good thing since two of you got shingles while going through chemo. I was 62 when diagnosed with ov/ca.

    I had shingles about two
    I had shingles about two years ago and it sucked. I do not have shingles now I had a reaction to my z-pack for a sinus infection so I had to stop taking it. I was only down to one day so not to worried about it.
