sorry guys...totally not cancer related but maybe a little boost for any stage 4 or others. Yup that's me on the roof building our little cabin in the woods. the main cabin is larger so this little building will do as a bunkie. we are off the grid so this building was a lot of work...totally done by hand...no power tools....mostly an axe and hatchet. this is my little cancer retreat and i have managed to ge here every summer since diagnosis almost 7 years ago. have done chemo (xeloda) here and spent plenty of time in the outhouse....haha...

the pic is under expresions....along with my daughter jess on her wedding day....that wonderful wedding was in June.
After liver re-section jess gave up a month of university to come home and nurse....I really wondered if I would see her married but as you can see....whewww....made it.

    Your 'little' summer project reminds us what can be accomplished with time and patience and hard work.

    yup we senior citizens are takin over.....65 this year and still roofing....man it was steep for such a lttle building.
