Lymph Node Changes

I had this idea 3 weeks ago and when you find out you have EC cancer, the chemo starts right away before it can spread any further. But here we are on with my mom starting on the 21st of September on Chemo/Radio when we found out on Aug. 26th that she had cancer. In this amount of time, can the close lymph nodes spread fast to distant lymph nodes? She was staged Sept. 9th as T3N2M0. No distant nodes at that point but another 2 weeks have passed with no treatment.

Nodes
This is one of those things that it is hard to say. Some people don't spread at all to the nodes, I am one of those so far, and others have nodal spread while cycling chemo. Unfortunately much of this disease has no real pattern. Don't make yourself crazy trying to second guess everything. Been there done that and all it did was make me crazy. Prayers, Sam
