Physically
Hi Steve, thanks for checking in. Hell, laying bricks isn't a future anyway, ha. Physically, amazing difference for me in a a year and a half. I used to be like Jack Palance--worked out for 30+ years, now I get a sore back from sitting on the couch. I have used the communal gym a lately, and am building up on ther treadmill. You're a youngster, work a bit at it, and you'll see big gains in stamina and strength. I've always appreciated your contributions, especially your account of your crying on the gurney on the way to surgery. You're the man.
best, Hal HIll
