I have a new display picture from the winner's walk of hope. Our small city raised 33,000 and the walk nation wide raised 2.6 million. It's a start, let's hope next year it is 3 million.
I am the one wearing the shirt with the teal ribbon that says Mom and her passing date. My husband made it for me. It was a great day and very emotional. I was asked to cut the ribbon for the opening ceremony. I hope Mom was proud of us!

    Congrats, Kelly! I am doing the local NOCC 5K walk/run this Saturday - my second one!

    It is very empowering.
