I feel a lump!

I just had my thyroid removed on 7/27 and was administered RAI 50mci on 8/25. I was writing a paper one hour ago when I noticed another lump on the right side of my throat. It feels small almost an inch long and half an inch wide. I am making an appointment to see the doctor but was wondering if anyone felt anything like it after surgery.

    Could be anything
Could be swelling from the surgery, a lymph node reacting to the RAI or a lymph node that was missed. Either way best to get it checked.
