Good checkup, scary dilators!

Then we talked about the vaginal issues. What am I supposed to do with the coochy of a 5 year old girl?? I may turn 50 this month, but I just got married 2.5 years ago and not ready to give up the fun stuff with the man I adore

I just had to tell someone - so I picked you guys!

Yes, Its something that must be done. I don't have a significant other, but if I did, I would have him help me with the process, of course as long as he is gentle. Dialators are boring lol. I use mine but probably not as much as I should. Another reminder that I need to. I haven't had any issues with pabst or gyno exams, they had no trouble, and I have no pain. I know its shorter though, so I need to work on that.0 -
Dilators
Now a necessity of maintaining good vaginal health. I use mine in the shower--lube it up, insert it while I am scrubbing everything but the nether region. By the time I have everything clean, it's ready to remove it and finish scrubbing! This is the best way I've found to keep myself consistent with using the thing. I agree, start small and work your way up!0 -

My husband is 3 years cancer free, but this started when we had just been married 2 years. I relate to how you feel. This is second marrage for me and we have a very good marriage so cancer needs to leave us alone, HA HA0
