Seeing bone tumors

I've had 3 chemos and think tumors are going away on my ribs as I don't feel the pain like I use to. Now I notice a little bump on top of my collar bone. Could this be a tumor? I am so worried now. I have a Pet scan scheuled in a couple of weeks but this is really bothering me. What do you think?
