Everyone, please send out good vibes and warm thoughts for Johnnybegood. I spoke to her and she is having a down day. In addition to our worry of the upcoming liver surgery, her dad(my ex) is facing open heart surgery in the near future. My thoughts and love go out to both of them.

    The Journey Through Cancer.....
    ....begins with the "Next Step."

    So, J, know you are concerned and downright scared of your upcoming surgery. It's good though that you can see it - know it's real - which in turn gives you the "Empowerment" to go through with it with the conviction and fortitude that it takes to undergo such a difficult task.

    Just know that I've stood where you stood before many times with the same concerns and apprehensions that you face, and while the road looks dark with no visible landmarks, light will once again shine for you to clearly mark the way.

    From all of this, you will blossom once again as you take that next step towards your own Personal Growth. And from that, will be someone who will emerge much stronger and less afraid, because you know you will have done it again.

    The waiting room will be full - we will all patiently be waiting and expecting nothing but the good news. I'll always be around if you need to shout.
