Melanoma Stage Four treatment options

Hi My brother is 31 years old and is on his 3rd round with the beast also know as melanoma. He was redignosed over a year and a half ago and has since had IL2 treatments and Ipi treatments. Unfortunately the beast has spread to his neck now (C7) We are located in MN does anyone know anymore treatments or options that have worked for them....we are interested in cyber knife radiation has anyone had this? Please help. thank you!

    Dad has been using Temodar 3 weeks on and one week off at 160 mg for the past 16 weeks. It has certainly slowed his tumors down. His tissue is also being tested for the gene mutation that would allow the brand new drug Zelboraf to hopefully help.
